After participating in this activity, learners will be able to:

Analyze healthcare operational structures to identify inefficiencies that negatively impact clinical workflow, practice management, and patient care delivery.
Apply Medicare regulations and value-based reimbursement strategies to support regulatory compliance, financial viability, and sustainable delivery of high-quality patient care.
Evaluate revenue cycle management (RCM) best practices and develop strategies to reduce claim denials and revenue leakage that may disrupt clinical operations and patient access to care.
Utilize healthcare technologies (e.g., AI-enabled tools, telehealth, EHR optimization) to improve operational efficiency, clinical workflow, and patient engagement.
